Contour through-wall unit beneath a living-room window

Contour

Room-by-room heating and cooling, without a separate outdoor unit.

Heating and cooling without an outdoor condenser

Contour brings the equipment inside. Its self-contained design connects to outdoor air through two wall openings, with no separate condenser to place on a balcony, roof or at ground level.

For an individual room or a building with repeated room layouts, that means a different way to add comfort when outdoor equipment space is limited.

Upgrade a room on its own

A self-contained system serves the room where it is installed. Consider it for additions and renovations where a room-level solution suits the project.

Put room comfort in reach

Set the temperature, operating mode and fan speed at the unit or with the remote. Each room can be adjusted to the way it is used.

Handle routine filter care inside

Removable, washable filters are reached from the top of the indoor unit, making regular cleaning part of room-side maintenance.

Controls for everyday use

Choose the mode and airflow for the room, then use the timer and sleep settings to fit your routine.

More than heating and cooling

Cooling, heating, dry, fan and auto modes give you a choice for changing room conditions. Fan-speed and louver controls adjust how the air is delivered.

Set a schedule around the room

On/off timers and sleep mode let you set operation around occupancy and bedtime without returning to the controls each time.

Control from your phone

Wi-Fi connection through the Smart Life app adds remote control alongside the onboard panel and handheld remote.

A wall-thermostat option

External 24 V wall-thermostat operation uses an adapter and a change to the control connection. Confirm the thermostat and adapter arrangement for your installation.

What the installation involves

The unit mounts inside on an exterior wall. The outdoor connection is made through wall openings and grilles, with drainage and electrical supply coordinated at the unit.

What changes on the exterior?

Two air openings and exterior grilles connect the unit to outdoor air. Their positions, weather sealing and required clearances must be coordinated with the wall construction and facade.

What about an existing PTAC opening?

Contour uses a double-duct wall connection. Reusing an existing opening requires a site-specific installation design that addresses the air ducts, mounting, weather sealing and drainage.

What should I send with a project inquiry?

Include the room layout, project location, exterior-wall details and available electrical supply. For repeated rooms, include the room count and any differences in layout or exposure.
